$14M in grants go to patient-centered outcomes research

More than $14 million in government grants were given to research groups to develop and test interventions based on patient-centered outcomes research in racial and ethnic minority populations. The funds come from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, which allocated more than $1 billion to supporting patient-centered outcomes research.
