Dallas development stalls amid slow real estate market

Dallas' Midtown Park is landscaped and manicured -- but there are still no buildings to speak of. The mixed-use real estate project is just one of many in the region that remains stalled as the recession drags on, particularly in the construction industry. Midtown Park is zoned for nearly 4,000 residences, 90,000 square feet of retail space and 930,000 square feet of office space.
