N.J. law implements the medical home model on trial basis

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has signed into law a bill requiring the state's Medicaid program to launch a patient-focused medical home demonstration project. The three-year initiative aims to expand access to coordinated primary care and promote a personalized relationship between clinicians and patients.
