Airlines see drop in cargo traffic

United Continental Holdings and American Airlines have seen their cargo shipments drop in recent months, while Delta Air Lines' cargo traffic has been relatively flat for three consecutive months. The declines are fueling concerns about the economic recovery. "We have a lot of consumer nervousness over the economy," said Delta Chief Cargo Officer Neel Shah. "One day people feel good, and the next day they feel bad, and it's that volatility that's the problem."
