ActionX to focus on turning app downloads into repeat sales

ActionX is switching its focus from helping gaming and commerce companies boost application downloads to helping them transform app downloaders into repeat shoppers and subscribers. Having raised an additional $3 million for the project, ActionX now has $5 million on hand. "Last year was about driving downloads and moving up the app store. This year is about driving transactions in commerce and subscriptions," said CEO Evan Schwartz.
