Local restaurateurs partner with Minn. district on menus

Minneapolis Public Schools has launched the True Food Council, made up of local chefs and restaurateurs, to help school nutrition professionals develop new menu items. The dishes are expected to be served in school cafeterias next year, and restaurateurs also are including the school system's recipes on their own menus.
