Mobile tweaks have big impact at American Eagle

American Eagle Outfitters was late to the mobile marketing game, especially given its demographic of young and mobile shoppers, but small changes have helped the company's application increase in prominence and increase its conversion by 65%, said Joe Megibow, senior vice president and general manager of omnichannel e-commerce. Adding coupons to its app created an immediate improvement in use and reputation, said Megibow.
