Ohio schools' occupational programs support job training

Students with disabilities in some Butler County, Ohio, school districts are gaining work experience in paid work-study programs. Positions include assistants in libraries, cafeterias, classrooms and offices. "By giving the students exposure to real life skills and responsibilities we are working to support their future success in the working world," said Mindy Fischer, director of pupil personnel for Hamilton City Schools.
