Pa. districts overcome challenges to serving healthier meals

In Pennsylvania, several school districts are reporting slight declines in the number of students buying school meals since launching new, healthier menus, but officials say they intend to stick with the National School Lunch Program. In one district that has successfully made the transition, students are invited to sample new menu items and be part of nutrition discussions.
