Introverts and extroverts often judge each other unfairly, as introverts, for instance, can see their more outgoing colleagues as "stupid and needy," author Sophia Dembling says. "Introverts have to stop assuming that extroverts are shallow. ... [Extroverts] use a lot of words, but we can help them dig out the best point. We can't just assume they're just blathering on," she says.
