Passengers' coalition prepares for Washington rally

The Coalition for an Airline Passengers Bill of Rights Wednesday is scheduled to hold a rally on the National Mall to demonstrate passengers' frustration over increasing tarmac delays that can leave them stuck on planes for hours. The rally will include a 28-foot-long mock jetliner that recreates the smells and sounds experienced by delayed passengers. "It will be stinky," said Kate Hanni, the group's founder. "It's going to be like what we went through for nine hours. It will feel like it was for us: imprisonment."
