Hot flashes plus night sweats equal lower risk of death

Healthy postmenopausal women who have night sweats may also have a lower risk of death over the next 20 years, researchers report. The study showed no link between hot flashes alone and mortality risk but found a 30% lower all-cause mortality risk for women who also had night sweats.
