$2M health IT boost aims to help physicians

A number of HIT projects across more than a dozen states are receiving funding from the the Physicians Foundation. The grants aim to "help improve the practice environment for physicians so that they can more easily do what matters most to them: spend time taking care of patients," the foundation's president said.
