Cornell veterinary school wins $10 million to study canine genomics

The Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine has received a $10 million donation, its largest ever, from an anonymous donor. The gift will fund the creation of a canine genomics program that school officials hope will eventually lead to new treatments for genetic diseases in both dogs and humans.
