The cure for cloudy ice

Ice cube trays are convenient but often result in cloudy, fast-melting ice cubes that dilute a perfectly crafted cocktail. Bar owner Matt Piacentini found an inexpensive way to get clear ice by filling up a hard-sided cooler with water and, after freezing, chipping away the cloudy section that forms on the bottom.
