Overland Park, Kan., council delays vote on Google Fiber

Google Fiber's drive to hook up Kansas City and many surrounding towns hit a glitch Monday when Overland Park, Kan., officials delayed a vote that would bring the gigabit broadband service to the city. The City Council cited a "technicality" in postponing the decision until Oct. 14 but did not offer a specific reason.
