After years of losses, Oprah Winfrey's cable network, OWN, recently posted its first profitable quarter. Winfrey credits the network's revival to old-fashioned hard work, a willingness to learn and a refusal to forsake her "moral compass" in pursuit of ratings. "You have to be responsible for the energy you're putting out into the world. ... Not a lot of people are thinking about that, but I feel a responsibility," Winfrey says.
