Jeri Finard, recently promoted to executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Kraft Foods has a special place in her heart for "mature brands," having helped market standbys like Jell-O, Cool Whip and Maxwell House. In her new position, Finard is looking to understand how consumers around the world see Kraft, and how the company can reposition itself to accommodate global tastes.
