Cheese on the Web gains audience

More than one and a half million people have visited Westcountry Farmhouse Cheesemakers' cheddarvision Web site in the last nine months to see a 44-pound handmade cheese, named Wedginald by its creators, mature. The Shepton Mallet cheese will be tested by an expert cheese taster on Wednesday for "depth and maturity," and will be auctioned later for charity.
