Schwarzenegger: Marriage veto reflects will of voters

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, citing the rights of voters who backed a 2000 marriage ban, plans to veto the latest version of a measure offering equal marriage rights to same-sex couples. However, the ban, Proposition 22, only applies to out-of-state marriages, according to Geoff Kors, executive director of Equality California.
