September is fruits and vegetables month, and research reveals Americans should be eating twice as much of these healthy ingredients as they do now. A new Web site, www.fruitsandveggiesmatter.gov, offers tips such as adding low-fat or fat-free granola to a portion of low-fat or fat-free yogurt, or creating popsicles out of 100% juice and berries.
