NATO chief: Time to partner with Russia on missile defense

NATO's new secretary general is proposing cooperation with Russia on missile defenses following Thursday's announcement by the White House that the U.S. is pulling the plug on land-based interceptors in Eastern Europe. "We should explore the potential of linking the U.S., NATO and Russian missile defense systems at an appropriate time," Anders Fogh Rasmussen said in his first major speech on foreign policy.
