Do hiring managers prefer criminals to "job hoppers?"

Employers would rather hire a candidate with a criminal record than one who has a history of frequently changing jobs or who has been unemployed for two years, according to a survey of 1,500 hiring managers by Bullhorn. After about six months of being unemployed, job seekers have an especially hard time finding work, recruiters say.
