Tool lets brands keep tabs on their biggest advocates

Influitive has launched AdvocateHub, a B2B-focused tool designed to help companies recruit, manage and track the activities of customer advocates. Brands get a custom Web portal for their supporters, allowing them to set tasks or challenges and track their advocates' achievements. "Word-of-mouth marketing is incredibly important to companies ... [this] is about taking people who already love your product but are very busy and persuading them to do an activity for you," says CEO Mark Organ.
