Auto association pushes back against CFPB rules

The National Automobile Dealers Association is rallying members, dealers and associated businesses to ask their elected officials to review the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's warnings on dealer reserves for auto loans. The CFPB says lenders need to use either flat fees or closer supervision to ensure fair lending.
