The Federal Reserve announced Wednesday that it will continue its $85 billion-a-month bond-buying campaign to spur job and economic growth. With looming budget battles in Congress, the Fed says it's worried about how fiscal policy "is restraining economic growth" and could set the economy back after it has made some gains.
