Diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids may improve memory, reading skills

Children who consumed more food rich in omega-3 fatty acids were more likely to have better memory and reading ability than were peers with lower fatty-acid intake, Oxford University researchers found. Higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids were also linked to fewer behavior problems. The findings were published in PLOS One.
