Scottish dairies should focus on exports, report says

The Scottish dairy industry should focus on exporting outside the U.K. to increase output by 50% by 2025, according to a new government-commissioned report by Scotland Food and Drink. The report proposes establishing a Scottish Dairy Bureau, creating a formal structure for dairy producer groups, appointing a chairman for the Scottish Dairy Growth Board and promoting the benefits of milk.
