Venture capitalists ask France for tax breaks for biotechs

Fourteen venture capital funds have written the French prime minister to ask that tax breaks for investments in small, high-tech companies be included in this year's financial legislation. The letter warns that unless innovative firms are made more attractive to investors, an exodus of France's most promising IT and biotech firms is likely.
