Critic: Historic Cleveland tower should be saved

The demolition of a 29-story Cleveland office tower designed by renowned architect Marcel Breuer to make way for a new county administrative center would be "tragic and wasteful for a city with a limited supply of historic buildings," according to one architecture critic. Among six design teams vying for the project, only one has proposed renovating the tower.
