Start early to prepare students with special needs for college

Roger Diehl, 18, who has Asperger's syndrome, ADHD and depression, is attending college thanks to his family and educators' preparations. He and his mother urged others to focus on children's strengths, work collaboratively with special educators and ensure students have support systems in place before they leave for college.
