Will County moves toward $200M road plan

Illinois' Will County is pushing forward with $200 million in road construction projects. The county's top priority is expanding Veterans Parkway between Bolingbrook and Romeoville. The "Build Will" package consists of money raised through issuing bonds and collecting regional transportation tax revenues.
