Clinton adds U.S. to his global anti-poverty initiative

Former President Bill Clinton says he wants his global initiative, which focuses on helping the poor, to use some of its resources to help America's unemployed. He says the unemployment rate would drop to about 7% if the 5 million unemployed U.S. workers were trained with the right skills for available jobs, such as in clean energy.
