North Carolina school promotes fitness through Frisbee sports

A North Carolina elementary school introduced fifth-grade students to the game of Ultimate Frisbee as part of a series of sports clubs it offers in 12-week sessions. Third-graders learned how to play Frisbee golf as part of the school program. The clubs are meant to promote fitness throughout students' lifetimes, according to the school's physical-education teacher.
