Carl's Jr. aims upscale with new Steakhouse burger

Quickservice burger chain Carl's Jr. took a page from fine-dining menus with the launch this week of its new Steakhouse burger, a Black Angus beef patty topped with A.1., Swiss, blue cheese and onion strings. The sandwich comes with a new ad campaign starring Hamblor, the god of hamburgers, and tie-ins with both A.1. bottles and an upcoming adventure movie.
