More advisers write newsletters to connect with clients

Sending out regular newsletters to clients with investment insights, market recaps and a few fun touches might not come with high publication costs for advisers, especially with electronic publishing options. But the effort can eat up significant time. Still, some advisers say newsletters are worthwhile -- even enjoyable -- and help provide a professional public image.
