Snowboarder inspires new gum brand

Whitemint has scored a sponsorship deal with Olympic snowboarder and gold medal winner Shaun White, who provided the inspiration -- and the name -- for the new chewing gum flavor by Stride, a Kraft Foods brand. White's likeness will appear on the gum's packaging and he will star in a TV spot for the gum.
