Bank economists see restrained growth for Germany

With German industry holding back on investments in the climate of uncertainty surrounding the eurozone crisis, leading economists for German banks predict only 0.9% German growth this year and 1.1% in 2013. "The economic outlook for the German economy for the second half of 2012 is anything but friendly," concludes the economic panel of the German Banking Association.
