Walking Horse trainer sentenced to $75,000 fine, probation

Tennessee Walking Horse trainer Jackie McConnell, who earlier this year pleaded guilty to conspiring to violate the Horse Protection Act, was fined $75,000 and sentenced to three years of probation.
