AGA: U.S. should establish federal policy for online gaming

Geoff Freeman, the president and CEO of the American Gaming Association, said the federal government should establish guidelines for online gaming. Delaware, Nevada and New Jersey have legalized online gaming, but there is no federal framework in place. "It’s past time for policymakers to step forward and establish basic, consistent and necessary consumer protections," he writes.
