Ballmer suggests Office versions for iPad, Android are in pipeline

Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer hinted Thursday that the company was developing a version of its Office software for the iPad and Android tablets, telling analysts that Microsoft was "working on everything that you think we should be working on." Executives also told analysts they should expect to see "many more Windows RT tablets" down the line. Also, Microsoft moved to boost sales of its mobile devices by expanding a program to pay consumers up to $350 for a number of rival tablets and smartphones.
