Consortium seeks to build LNG facilities in 6 states

A consortium of energy firms seeks to build liquefied natural gas facilities in North Dakota, Texas and four other states as part of a program to market cheaper and cleaner fuel to the energy industry. The cost to build each ranges from $40 million to $100 million, says Andy Katell, a GE spokesman.
