Hilton hotel drops restaurant service for grab-and-go option

The New York Hilton Midtown in Manhattan recently shuttered its traditional restaurant in favor of Herb N'Kitchen, a casual, self-serve eatery tailored for busy business travelers. Guests can stop in for a hamburger, panini, salad or gourmet coffee throughout the day, allowing the hotel to capture sales that typically walked out its front door to local delis and food trucks.
