JetBlue mobile ads will understand voice commands

JetBlue mobile ads will be using two-way voice technology starting next month, an industry first, writes Lauren Johnson. Employed for its "Air on the Side of Humanity" campaign through mediahub/Mullen, the ad units use Nuance voice-activation technology on the Mobile Theory network. A pigeon character pops up to instruct willing customers on diction for voice recognition.
