No more delays to ACA, White House says

Any additional delays in the Affordable Care Act's implementation will not be accepted, the White House said unhesitatingly on Wednesday. "The Congress passed the Affordable Care Act. The president signed it. The Supreme Court upheld it as constitutional. It is providing benefits to millions of Americans today," White House press secretary Jay Carney said. House Republican leaders said they would use the debt ceiling to push back against implementation of the law.
