Penn State suspends penalty linked to health questionnaire

Pennsylvania State University said it will suspend $100 per month penalties for staff who refuse to fill out a personal health questionnaire as part of its new wellness program. Faculty and staff objected to the provision, claiming it was a violation of privacy. The wellness program also included physical exams and biometric screenings.
