Plan to attach Keystone XL to debt-ceiling bill draws support of GOP senators

A plan by House Republicans to attach the approval of TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline to a bill that would raise the debt ceiling drew support from Senate Republicans. "I think we should try to do anything we can to do some good things for the country, and attaching [Keystone] and using the leverage of the debt ceiling is an acceptable strategy," said Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky.
