Publicis Groupe adds London digital shop Poke to portfolio

Publicis Groupe has added London-based digital agency Poke to its network, continuing a premerger buying spree. Poke has specialized in social media, e-commerce, digital architecture and mobile ad development. The company's clients include the BBC, Ted Baker, Skype and the telecom Orange, for which Poke created the "Balloonacy" campaign in 2008. "Digital isn't one thing. It's everything. So you can't get far without productive partnerships," says Poke CEO Nick Farnhill.
