Women are gaining jobs, but not increasing career growth

The unemployment rate may be on the decline, but the job gains aren't exactly increasing. Many people have taken low-wage jobs as waiters and waitresses and in housekeeping, in-home health care and food preparation fields. In fact, about 60% of the increase in women's jobs from 2009 to 2012 were those paying below $10.10 an hour.
