General Mills looks back on whole grains transition

General Mills' conversion to whole-grain cereals last year faced many challenges, including sourcing issues, handling of products, processing and formulating cereals to the right taste, said a senior scientist at the company. In order to better educate customers on whole grains, the company also printed information about the product on cereal boxes.
